Carolina Novoa

Carolina Novoa is an Emmy award winning journalist with fourteen years of experience working as an anchor and reporter in international, national and local newscasts.

Aside from journalism, She has a deep interest and understanding of health and nutrition that is why she pursued certifications as Holistic Nutritionist, ADAPT Health Coach and Angelic Healing Practitioner, “Angelic Medium” and “Angel tarot Reader”. Today She is the founder of @novoanutricion one of the top Health and Hispanic instagram influencer accounts.

Vince Stanger

A career Health and Fitness Professional, Vince has enjoyed working in a variety of environments with lots of great people. After serving as a graduate assistant in exercise physiology his career began with corporate fitness management firm Fitness Systems serving clients such as Cablevision Industries, Becton Dickinson, and General Foods. In 1997 Vince became the Fitness Director at The Field Club of Greenwich in CT. where he logged over 10,000 personal training appointments. Having worked with such a diverse client base Vince has unique perspectives on effectively exploring and collaborating with clients to achievedesired outcomes. Vince's current interests include developing Professional Coaching skills and creating a program of pain free exercise. He currently splits his time between BroomfieldCO and the Hudson Valley region of NY where he helps care for his 96 yr old Mom.

Linda Franchock

Linda’s unique blend of skills and expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Educator and ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach produces a powerful coaching partnership that empowers you to achieve your desired change. Linda has devoted her professional life to helping individuals advance their quality of life, career and health through helping them learn how to change, learn and grow. As your coach, Linda believes you already have the answers and are capable of realizing your visions, values and goals. Eric Ho

Eric started off as a City of London corporate lawyer, and worked for 20 years on some of the world’s largest mergers and acquisitions. He’s spent over 10 years living and working Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing and Shanghai, and is now back in London as a health coach working on one of his passions to help people transform their lives and take control of their health and well-being. Eric loves using his multi-lingual, multi-cultural background to help people find their own paths to being their best.
